Shipping policy

Domestic client:

All our domestic client will be provided with tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

Upon placing an order ,you will receive a verification CALL or SMS from our customer service to confirm the order If you fail to verify,your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days only applicable to purchases made through cash on Delivery methods.Once the order is verified, it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days and will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days.

We offer free delivery on order above RS.2000 within PAKISTAN.

Shipping charges will be charged on all orders delivered within PAKISTAN.

DELIVERY TIME:

The estimate average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities.For remote areas delivery can take longer,you are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.

Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the article and order Confirmation.

During sale period,both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

NOTE:To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly suggest getting your order delivered to your own address.DazzleTrove not be liable for any loss or damage to the order in the case of delivery of self-pickup point, such as any courier office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER:

All our international client will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.

International client shall also receive a sales invoice via email and notification of shipment via email.

Charges for all international delivery very from country to country depending upon city, state,country and locality.To calculate shipment and charges you can select any product and checkout with your delivery address to calculate the estimate delivery charges (don't include any taxes & duties.)

Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties and will be the responsibility of the customer.Any applicable duties or fees will be calculated at the time of order delivery by the courier.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

The estimate dispatch time for international order is 5 to 7 working after the order has been confirmed.

The delivery time may very depending on the destination DazzleTrove will not be responsible for any refund if the consignee request for order cancellation once the order is in process.

Customer with be liable to bear the shipment and custom charges if they refuse or receive the delivery.

During sales event, average delivery time can exceed than normal.

CANCELATION POLICY:

For cancelation of prepaid order, please contact us within 12 hours after order placement.

Once the order is "in process" , it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
